Order Processing-Orders take 2 to 4 weeks to process (following approval of your proof). Last minute orders may be possible depending on how busy we are. Please email us with your requirements.
Cost - Postage and Packaging is charged at a standard rate of £4.95 on all orders.
Service - Delivery is usually made via Royal Mail and a signature will be required upon receipt. We are happy to post to an alternative address (e.g. your workplace) if you would prefer.
Timescale - Once orders have been processed and despatched, they are usually delivered within 3 working days.
Loss/Damage - Ever After Designs cannot be held responsible for any loss, delay or damage to parcels once they have been despatched.
Extra Postage - Please note that when posting your cards, some of these designs may require large letter stamps instead of standard stamps, due to the depth of the cards. Royal mail state that they should be no thicker than 5mm for a standard stamp.
